How to use your talkXtra 'top up & talk' card

  • Dial 0800 or 020 from home or any other phone including payphones and mobiles.
  • At the prompt, if required, enter your A/C No. & PIN which are printed on your talkXtra 'top up & talk' card. (Speedy Access - Save your A/C No. & PIN by pressing *3 NOW)
  • Dial your Destination Number.

Xtra Tips

  • Access our service using the 020 7098 xxxx access number if you have an inclusive minute package from your service provider - ideal if you use a mobile*
  • You cannot ring the 0800 901 xxxx access number from your mobile
  • For payphone access dial 0800 901 xxxx - a per minute surcharge will apply
  • The cost of dialling the 020 7098 xxxx access number will depend on your tariff plan. Please check with your service provider the cost for dialling this number. You can make use of your free minutes or special pricing from your service provider.

Speedy Access

For Speedy Access - Press * 3 on your phone after you enter your A/C No. & PIN. Next time you dial a talkXtra access number from that phone you will not have to enter your A/C No. & PIN.
To remove Speedy Access - Press *3 after dialling a talkXtra access number.

Xtra Tip: Speedy Access is ideal to use from your mobile phone

Warning: DO NOT use Speedy Access on a shared phone as your credit can be used by anyone dialling a talkXtra access number from that phone.
