How to manage your account online

Once you are a talkXtra customer you can access your account details simply by clicking 'login' and entering your Account Number and PIN.

Managing your account online is quite simple - when logged in, you'll be able to do any of the following online:
  • Account Details - View your account details that we hold
  • Call History - View your most recent calls
  • top-up History - View your most recent top-ups
  • Speedy Access - View the telephone numbers that you have registered for Speedy Access which allows you to avoid having to enter your A/C and PIN when you make a call
  • Make a Payment - You can make a payment online if you have registered your credit/laser card with us
